In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, documenting current and future state processes.
• Evaluate business processes and develop solutions for improvement.
• Manage projects, track progress, and update stakeholders.
• Collaborate across functions to drive process optimization.
• Participate in sprint planning and backlog management.
• Support system changes and improvements technically and functionally.
• Maintain quality documentation and compliance.
• Advance CRM technology skills and awareness.
• Manage SDLC deliverables and support ongoing operations.
• Identify and measure process improvements through OKRs.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6 years experience with customer engagement solutions
• Project management and SDLC (Agile)
• Experience with SFDC Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Collaborative skills with sales & marketing and medical affairs teams
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage priorities and maintain professionalism
