In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Drive AI innovation by developing scalable, reusable Data Science and AI capabilities.
• Support adoption of component-driven AI architecture for rapid integration across various use cases.
• Transition AI innovations to production, ensuring robust performance in commercial and medical data science teams.
• Manage production of deployed data science models and AI systems to ensure desired business outcomes.
• Build and sustain strategic collaborations with partners and ecosystem to integrate new AI technologies.

This role requires you to have:

• PhD with 3+ years, or Master's with 5+ years, in related fields such as Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• 5+ years experience in AI innovation and production deployments.
• Deep understanding of AI algorithms and machine learning techniques such as regression and neural networks.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, Ruby, or Bash programming.
• Experience with MLOps frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow, MLFlow, Airflow) and containerization tools like Docker.
• Cloud platform experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Effective communication skills for diverse audience engagement.
