Chase Auto, a segment of JPMorgan Chase, is a leader in auto financing with significant relationships across the U.S. As a Product Owner in this pivotal role, the individual will integrate customer needs into impactful resolutions. By partnering closely with teams across data, design, and engineering, the Product Owner aims to deliver streamlined and efficient solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Convert customer issues into problem statements and develop innovative solutions via design thinking.
• Collaborate with data, design, and engineering teams to assess problem scope and impact.
• Partner with the Product Manager to improve delivery tasks and develop efficiencies.
• Lead full ownership of features from idea to support, writing epics, user stories, and automation scripts.
• Manage product backlog aligned with strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Work with product teams, technical architects, and developers to understand technology modernization.
• Develop detailed test cases for Functional and User Acceptance Testing.

• 5+ years in product execution or business analysis.
• Experience with Agile teams and methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, especially in originations.
• User research translating to product discovery.
• User-centric design for optimal customer journeys.
