In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Independently create and manage routine debt records in the database.
• Conduct data searches and compile case information for debt records.
• Perform quality control checks on database entries to ensure accuracy.
• Post payments and close expired debts following established protocols.
• Generate non-legal documents aligned with case status.
• Produce and manage spreadsheets for tracking and analysis.

• High School diploma
• At least one year of data entry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy
• Capability to work independently
