The Data and Evaluation Analyst is pivotal in evaluating the foundation's strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with the community's needs, focusing on issues such as economic mobility and education.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop data collection and evaluation frameworks to assess KZCF's impact.
• Lead evaluations addressing racial and economic justice in health, education, and housing.
• Measure KZCF's strategic plan impact and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with community partners to evaluate supported programs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and create informative dashboards.
• Engage in continuous learning and adaption to improve strategic initiatives.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in mixed-method evaluations.
• Proficiency in data management and database maintenance.
• Project management skills.
