In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Develop data collection and evaluation frameworks to assess KZCF's impact.
  • Lead evaluations addressing racial and economic justice in health, education, and housing.
  • Measure KZCF's strategic plan impact and report on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with community partners to evaluate supported programs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and create informative dashboards.
  • Engage in continuous learning and adaption to improve strategic initiatives.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in mixed-method evaluations.
  • Proficiency in data management and database maintenance.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to justice and equity.

You would benefit from having:

  • 5+ years in a nonprofit or similar setting.
  • Knowledge of ethical data practices.
  • Experience with large-scale program evaluations.
  • Ability to create effective dashboards for data reporting.
  • Experience in advancing racial equity initiatives.
