The Data & Evaluation Analyst will support this mission by developing evaluation frameworks and ensuring alignment with community needs.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of data collection and evaluation frameworks to measure impact across Kalamazoo County.
- Design methodologies to evaluate justice impacts and improve strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and enhance internal and external program effectiveness.
- Evaluate and report on the strategic plan's impact.
- Collaborate with community stakeholders to assess initiatives.
- Lead data analysis to address community challenges.
- Maintain data accuracy and develop accessible reports.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in evaluation using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Proficiency in data management and system design.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Commitment to justice with experience in equity-focused evaluation.
You would benefit from having:
- 5+ years in nonprofit or philanthropic evaluation roles.
- Knowledge of ethical data practices.
- Experience with large-scale program evaluation.
- Ability to build and utilize data reporting systems.
