In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Influence product strategy through data analysis and goal prioritization.
- Analyze complex datasets to understand user behaviors and improve product experiences.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations for key insights.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Design to measure feature impacts and provide improvement recommendations.
- Design A/B testing strategies and interpret results to inform decisions.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis on feedback and product usage.
- Support leadership with analytical support for KPIs and performance forecasts.
- Collaborate with finance for GTM strategies and metrics analysis.
- Refine data models to improve analysis depth and data consistency.
- Present data findings to teams, highlighting opportunities and progress.
- Participate in customer journey mapping sessions for data-backed planning.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in a product-focused or SaaS setting.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or similar languages.
- Capability in data visualization with tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with product management processes.
- Experience in A/B testing and results interpretation.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in a SaaS environment enhancing customer experience.
- Knowledge of dbt for data modeling.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Pendo or Mixpanel.
- Support for GTM strategies in product, analytics, and growth roles.
