The Data Analyst position, pivotal in the KSUS Operations team, aims to leverage data for strategic improvements across various company functions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to design and automate Tableau reports.
• Perform quantitative analysis for operational insights.
• Utilize data modeling for customer behavior analysis.
• Develop performance metrics with compliance teams.
• Support cross-functional teams to improve KPIs.
• Apply predictive modeling for business solutions.
• Create visualizations to communicate insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for urgent needs.
• Explore datasets for new insights.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• 3+ years in data analytics with model deployment experience.
• Strong communication skills for executive presentations.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R.
