Data Analyst II

Katalyst is in search of a Data Analyst II to bolster the US Commercial Compliance department in implementing a compliance monitoring program. The incumbent will play a crucial role in data analysis and accurate compliance reporting, collaborating closely with commercial and legal teams.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from various sources for management review.
• Communicate effectively to resolve compliance inquiries.
• Monitor and report trends in CRM and expense systems data.
• Document tasks and provide updates regularly.
• Address business challenges in ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to solve compliance issues.

This role requires you to have:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in business or finance.
• Analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Capable of trend recognition in large data sets.
• Strong customer service skills with customer interaction.
