In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Aggregate data from various platforms to create performance reports.
• Serve as the main contact for vendors regarding patient experience data.
• Collaborate with vendors monthly on report creation and data requests.
• Assist in preparing reports on patient experience and satisfaction scores.
• Support the Director in measuring service strategy effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities through data analysis to drive improvements.
• Foster a culture of patient-centered care and decision-making.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in data analysis and summarization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in maintaining confidentiality and balancing priorities.
• Understanding of healthcare data standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
