The role focuses on data collection and quality management alongside improving data sets and dashboards, using tools like Power BI and access databases.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Update and finalize Enterprise Mail Management guidelines for modernizing capabilities.
• Draft standard operating procedures and communicate updates to field operations.
• Manage documents and update SharePoint related to mail management processes.
• Monitor compliance for VA assets through drafting and updating EMM policies and controls.
• Develop platforms for managing logistics inquiries.
• Collaborate with government staff on performance goals for mail management.
• Enhance existing database tools and conduct data analysis for cost control recommendations.
