The Data Management Analyst will report to the North America Data Management Manager, based in Summit, NJ, with an interim location in Skillman during headquarters transition.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage data operations and ensure data quality and compliance.
• Serve as a liaison for business partners and provide data management guidance.
• Create and maintain documentation like SOPs and data catalogs.
• Educate partners through training sessions.
• Engage in projects and data-related initiatives.
• Identify improvements in data management tools and processes.
• Prepare metrics and dashboards for department operations.
• Participate in governance meetings.
• Support the implementation of the Data Management Framework.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional business experience.
• 2+ years in master data management on large ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of business and technical operations.
• Familiarity with supply chain data and operational processes.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in relational databases and data extraction.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence partners.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with SAP S4 Hana or SAP Master Data Governance.
• Experience using Winshuttle or other mass maintenance tools.
• Familiarity with workflow tools.
• Knowledge of GS1 Industry standards.
