They are searching for a dedicated Data Analyst to join their reputable team. The role involves working with a diverse group of clinical investigators to analyze MRI data, manage datasets, and contribute to impactful research projects.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Aggregate, curate, and perform quality assurance on MRI data.
  • Recommend efficient algorithms and write code for data analysis.
  • Implement and evaluate new image-processing tools.
  • Conduct image-quality assessments.
  • Assist in writing technical sections for grants and scientific papers.
  • Train junior staff members on imaging projects.
  • Collaborate with IT for tool development and software installation.
  • Develop skills for neuroimaging data acquisition and support additional data acquisitions.

This role comes with the following benefits:

    This role requires you to have:

    • Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, neuroscience, or biomedical engineering specialized in MRI analysis.
    • Experience in biomedical image analysis.
    • Proficiency in Python and/or R.
    • Knowledge of MRI data and neuroimaging software.
    • Experience with REDCap and Git/Github.
    • Ability to learn new software and troubleshoot issues.
    • Experience in Linux/bash environments.
