KeyBank, a leading financial institution, is looking for a motivated Data & BI Lead Analyst to join their Enterprise Fraud Services team. This pivotal role involves analyzing financial data to prevent fraud, collaborating closely with Fraud Detection and Fraud Modeling teams. The position supports the company's commitment to leveraging data strategies to drive the reduction of expenses and improve fraud detection techniques.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fraud strategies for various financial products to minimize expenses.
• Identify strategic improvements and coordinate with partners to establish new rules and processes.
• Collect and analyze significant volumes of data to detect potential fraud and create new preventative measures.
• Compile reports on fraud trends for the leadership team and stakeholders.
• Recognize fraudulent patterns and propose enhanced detection and prevention methods.
• Support software and process implementation, drafting relevant requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to strengthen relationships and influence strategic decisions.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or computer science.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as SAS, Google Cloud Platform, and Tableau.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented capabilities.
