Data Analyst - Scheduling/Estimating

Kiewit Corporation, a leading engineering consulting and design firm, is searching for a Mid-level Data Analyst to join its growing Industrial & Water Engineering team. The role exists to support project controls by leveraging data for improved estimating and scheduling in engineering and construction projects. The team aims to enhance project execution standards and establish benchmarks.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and schedule projects.
• Manage and update resource-loaded schedules and critical deliverables.
• Evaluate design changes and their scheduling impacts.
• Develop critical path logic networks using engineering knowledge.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate schedule revisions.
• Compare project data using tools like P6, InEight, and Power BI.
• Create data models and visualizations for business decisions.
• Document and manage schedule submittals and contract requirements.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in construction/engineering scheduling.
• Data analysis and statistical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and relevant software.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Python or R.
