Kimray, Inc is on the lookout for an HRIS Data Analyst to bolster their People & Culture team. This pivotal role focuses on extracting and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making and uncover opportunities for organizational improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources such as HRIS and employee surveys.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through cleaning and validation processes.
• Identify trends and insights using data analysis techniques.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support initiatives.
• Administer People & Culture platforms such as HCM and LMS.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor data quality and identify anomalies.
• Engage in system implementations and process improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• One year of experience in HR data analytics.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and data structures.
• Knowledge of HR processes and KPIs.
