In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data migration requirements.
• Assess data sources, mapping, transformation, and validation rules.
• Extract and transform data to facilitate comprehensive migration.
• Perform data migrations into Salesforce using appropriate tools.
• Conduct data validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Resolve discrepancies during the migration process.
• Document all data mapping, transformation, and validation steps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues.
• Work with teams to address system-specific challenges during migration.
• Communicate with project managers and teams to ensure alignment on migration objectives.
• Participate in client transition solutions and conduct training sessions.
• Stay updated on technological developments influencing data migration.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Experience with SQL or SOQL.
• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator or Platform Developer 1 certification.
• Proficient in MS SQL Server, Oracle, and database scripting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Service-oriented attitude and team collaboration.
