• Lead exploratory data analysis to derive actionable insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop and implement machine learning and statistical models
• Optimize and ensure scalability of models and algorithms
• Design experiments to address specific questions
• Continuously improve key business metrics in assigned areas

• Mentor and guide junior data scientists
• Stay updated on data science and technology advancements

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
• 3+ years in Data Science, particularly in recommendation systems
• Experience in machine learning frameworks
• Experience in advanced data science areas
