Arlluk Technology Solutions LLC, part of Koniag Government Services, is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team supporting the Defense Health Agency. This role is pivotal for extracting critical insights from healthcare data to enhance decision-making and improve Military Health System operations. Located in Chantilly, VA, this full-time position involves working on vital systems to support various healthcare functions.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collect and clean large datasets from MHS systems.
- Develop data analysis methodologies for insight extraction.
- Create data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to determine data requirements.
- Develop and maintain statistical models for predictive analytics.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for specific queries.
- Identify trends and anomalies in healthcare data.
- Assist in the development of data warehouses and BI tools.
- Ensure data quality and integrity with validation processes.
- Contribute to data governance policy development.
- Stay updated on data analytics and healthcare informatics trends.
- Present analytical reports to various audiences.

This role requires you to have:
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI

- Excellent data manipulation skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
