• Understand and integrate data sources for CRM marketing systems.
• Provide user support and ensure scalable data model changes.
• Identify and implement improvements to CRM and data processes.
• Maintain system documentation to aid user training.
• Manage and protect personally identifiable information.

This role requires you to have:
