Kubota Tractor Corporation is seeking a Data Analyst - Sales Reporting to contribute to the development of a Sales Data Analytics department. In this role, you will work collaboratively with employees and management at all levels, playing a key role in ensuring high data quality and integrity. Your responsibilities will include building reports and dashboards, conducting analyses on historical data, and supporting informed decision-making across the organization. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create new reports and implement new tools to ensure data is presentable to all end users.
• Develop and establish reporting to track and maintain operations, with a focus on implementing continuous improvements.
• Support informed decision-making throughout the company by ensuring high data quality & integrity, building reports & dashboards, and conducting analyses on historical data.
• Ensure data accessibility and distribution by supporting ad-hoc data requests, creating and automating reporting, and managing routine distribution of regular reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with the Management Team to evaluate, design, execute, and monitor business processes across all departments, aligning outcomes with strategic goals.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for applications.
• Develop SQL queries to manipulate, analyze, and report on large data sets.
• Handle data extraction, creation, manipulation of multiple files and/or databases.
• Optimize SQL/PL SQL code and perform query tuning.
• Conduct SIT/UAT testing and identify data quality issues.
• Analyze reporting requirements, study existing reports for layout, formula and calculations, derived values, restrictions, attributes, and variants.
• Develop new tools to report and track operations, focusing on continuous improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, or 5 years of experience in data analytics without a degree.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
• Advanced SQL experience, including the ability to write and troubleshoot SQL Code and design (stored procedures, functions, tables, views, indexes, sub queries, conditional joins, case statements, etc.)
