In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as a data expert delivering analysis and visualization for CA/C programs.
• Access, connect, and preprocess data for analytical needs.
• Define data requirements ensuring availability and coherence.
• Implement and maintain data management standards and technologies.
• Design data models, create predictive algorithms, and perform ad hoc analyses.
• Master various qualitative and quantitative methods for data visualization.
• Lead data-driven analytic activities for key performance indicators.
• Manipulate data sets using Python to uncover patterns and insights.
• Employ tools like Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence.
• Create dashboards to convey analytics insights.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders for project planning.
• Plan and organize project phases, coordinating with team as needed.
• Advise on data integration impacts on analytical tools and platforms.
• Evaluate technological advancements for automation processing resources.
• Present and defend management practice recommendations to leadership.
• Assure periodic sampling to detect data anomalies.
• Advise on data integrity and systems for program performance.
• Successfully participate in remote projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience.
• Project or program management experience.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Expertise in data analysis and visualization.
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
• Microsoft Office applications proficiency.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning.
• Competence in IT Risk and Cyber domains.
