Data Analyst

The IT department is seeking a Data Analyst to join their dedicated Data Services team. This role focuses on data reporting and tool configuration to aid business units in efficient data management.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and support MDM tools like Informatica and SAS.
• Develop MDM jobs that handle data ingestion, merging, and distribution.
• Oversee enterprise reporting platforms such as SSRS, Sigma, and Power BI.
• Build reports and dashboards for business stakeholder needs.
• Assist in creating data integration standards with the Data Engineering team.
• Collaborate with vendors to enhance support and escalate issues.
• Establish standards for report generation and delivery.
• Create ETL jobs using Power BI Dataflow, Informatica ETL, and SAS DataFlux.
• Serve as a data subject matter expert across enterprise platforms.
• Transition reports from legacy to preferred platforms.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer or data science or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced query tools.
• Understanding of Master Data and Data Quality concepts.
• Ability to analyze data requirements and specifications.
• Knowledge of version control and release management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
