The role focuses on providing technical guidance and managing product specifications for the Small Form-Factor (SFF) product line and upcoming radio projects. Based in Rochester, New York, the position involves investigating customer needs and ensuring product compatibility with external applications.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Investigate customer requirements for product applications
• Research accessory and external application compatibility
• Develop detailed product specifications and responses for RFIs/RFPs with managers
• Maintain product documentation such as specs, data sheets, and brochures
• Create application notes and product bulletins
• Participate in trade shows and field trials to showcase product capabilities
• Support troubleshooting of field issues and product service returns
• Engage in product line operations and development status meetings
• Communicate technical product information effectively
• Travel up to 50% or more, including international trips as required
• Possibly obtain a security clearance

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of relevant tactical radio experience
• In lieu of degree, 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience with project management in tactical radio contexts
