Data Analyst EMPACT

EMPACT - Suicide Prevention Center, part of the La Frontera family, is a leading non-profit organization devoted to providing critical community services in behavioral health counseling, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention since 1987. The Data Analyst will collaborate under the SQL Database Administrator to fulfill the reporting needs of the organization and contribute to the resolution of business operations issues. This hybrid role necessitates significant time in the office.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Generate reports from enterprise and external data.
• Document requirements for new reports and process changes.
• Liaise with departments to resolve reporting requests.
• Analyze enterprise data and support business operations.
• Participate in strategic decisions on reporting and tools.
• Create documentation using flowcharts and real-life scenarios.
• Provide support in IS and NextGen projects.
• Offer after-hours and meeting support as required.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Healthcare experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence Tools and SSRS.
