This role is integral to the Labcorp Data and Analytics team, focusing on transforming business needs into technical specifications. The team thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive data engineering solutions using Databricks and Fabric tools.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines with Spark.
• Collaborate with teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Enhance performance through tuning and troubleshooting.
• Establish data governance and security measures, like role-based access control.
• Draft high-quality technical documents related to data processes.

This role requires you to have:

• 8+ years of experience in data solution design and at minimum 4 years in data engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of Databricks, Fabric, and real-time analytics.
• 6+ years working with Spark, PySpark, and Python.
• Proficiency in SQL, Spark SQL, and relational database concepts.
