This role focuses on improving the outcomes for member-owners through innovative data solutions and collaboration. The analyst will provide insights into member engagement and drive initiatives to foster the next generation of cooperative leaders.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collect, manage, and analyze data related to industry and member activities.
- Offer insights on member engagement levels and future business opportunities.
- Lead quality audits to maintain member data accuracy in MR-GR Salesforce.
- Prepare standard reports ensuring compliance with data and security standards.
- Participate in projects involving member data applications and systems.
- Handle access requests for member-facing systems.

This role requires you to have:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Over 3 years of experience with Salesforce or CRM systems and Power BI.
- Proficiency in O365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power BI).
