In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide data support for internal and external customers.
• Develop and maintain informational reports using SQL queries.
• Support daily meter data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Monitor performance metrics and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with RF Technicians for network performance.
• Manage inventory and update databases for equipment changes.
• Analyze and resolve data discrepancies.
• Communicate issues and resolutions to management.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of experience
• SQL proficiency
• Data analysis
• Problem solving

You would benefit from having:

• 1-3 years of related experience
• Windows server experience
• UNIX experience
• Scripting knowledge
• MIS or CIS degree
