The role of Data Analyst II is critical in supporting database operations and providing predictive data analysis for their smart grid solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide data support for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Write and execute SQL queries to analyze and report data.
• Monitor and troubleshoot meter-level data and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with RF Technicians to ensure network performance.
• Manage inventory and update databases for equipment changes.
• Analyze meter data proactively to identify and resolve issues.
• Create reports and handle exceptions for customer billing needs.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• SQL and Oracle query writing and execution.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and conduct analysis.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Windows and UNIX servers.
• Scripting experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS or CIS preferred.
