FT Admin - Assessment Data Analyst

Lansing Community College is looking for a skilled Assessment Data Analyst to advance the analytical capabilities of the institution's assessments. This role is critical in supporting the data analysis efforts of the Center for Data Science. The position will engage with multiple teams across the college, working closely with the College’s learning management system to address present and future data needs.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and modify student learning data dashboards.
• Apply research designs for queries and data analysis.
• Support the development and maintenance of learning data strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding data reports.
• Create new reports for faculty, divisions, and senior leadership.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with R, Python, or other programming languages.
• Basic SQL querying abilities.
• Experience in creating high-quality data visualizations.
