In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily execution of product development projects, from initial concept to market launch.
  • Manage project timelines, ensure adherence to deadlines, and communicate updates to cross-functional partners.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain project documentation.
  • Organize sample photography and manage sample tracking processes.
  • Communicate product updates and costings to Merchandising.
  • Collaborate with teams to define inventory needs, arrange material requests, and process purchase orders.
  • Ensure efficient sample movement coordination between suppliers and internal teams.
  • Maintain materials library and prepare samples for presentations and business needs.
  • Own product SKU creation and the sign-off process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Manage agendas and documentation for product meetings.
  • Ensure data integrity across product development systems and oversee sample distribution for marketing and PR purposes.

This role requires you to have:

  • 2+ years of product development experience in leather goods, home, fashion textiles, or interior design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
