HYBRID ROLE - Workday HR Data Analyst - [23228]

The company is looking to hire an HR Data Analyst to contribute to their Employee Success operations, handling key HR data tasks.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a remote and global team
• Handle Tier 2 HR cases
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits
• Support employee terminations and legal requests
• Administer data changes and new hire processes
• Manage voluntary/involuntary separations
• Oversee manager self-service transactions
• Perform global work authorization audits
• Maintain confidentiality to comply with HIPAA regulations
• Conduct data audits and assist in reporting

• Minimum 2 years of human resources experience
• Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• High attention to detail and organization
