The successful candidate will work with numerous teams across multiple time zones while managing data from various tools to deliver comprehensive reports.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Monitor clusters and detect problematic behaviors.
• Consolidate data from multiple tools for reporting.
• Collaborate with team members across different time zones.
• Manage incident and ticket SLA operations.
• Troubleshoot and solve issues on complex deployments.
• Develop and test Methods of Procedure (MOPs).
