Legends, a leader in sports and entertainment experiences, is seeking a Data, Analytics & CRM Specialist to join Maryland Athletics. This role exists to support ICA's external team through data-driven strategies aimed at improving business performance. Working across various departments, the team focuses on driving revenue through ticketing, premium seating, and fundraising while analyzing constituent behavior and media engagement.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business processes.
- Oversee data governance alongside IT departments.
- Design strategies for enhancing statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Prepare ad-hoc queries and reports using common tools.
- Utilize Salesforce and Paciolan platforms for partnership opportunities.
- Produce sales and financial reports with data visualizations.
- Develop strategies for audience targeting, lead identification, and analytics-driven decisions.
- Provide CRM-based strategic recommendations for sales leadership.
- Create data enrichment strategies to uncover audience insights.
- Design and analyze campaigns to drive sales and fan engagement.
- Identify major gift prospects and manage the capital gift reporting process.
- Manage season ticket member surveys and provide recommendations.
- Monitor ticket scans for season tickets, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate on renewal projections and pricing decisions.

This role requires you to have:
- Proficient use of Tableau or PowerBI for reporting.
- 3+ years of experience with data analysis in an enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
- Understanding of relational databases and dimensional modeling.
- Strong critical thinking and project management skills.
- Bachelor's in a relevant field such as Information Science or Data Science.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Cloud systems like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
- Graduate degree in a related field.
- Experience in the athletics industry.
