In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage data analysis and standardization
- Develop data models for analysis purposes
- Extract data and prepare reports for EEO leadership
- Collaborate with the EEO Lead and analysts to present reports and visualizations
- Work with technical developers to enhance ETK EEO as needed

This role requires you to have:
- 4-8 years of experience with B.A./B.S. or 2-6 years with M.A./M.S., or 9 years without degree
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
