In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and build various surveys using LimeSurvey or other platforms.
• Provide survey design and troubleshooting support.
• Normalize and integrate diverse raw data sets.
• Analyze and validate data using statistical methodologies.
• Support data analytics for surveys and human capital efforts.
• Communicate complex technical findings clearly.
• Utilize analytical and visualization tools for workforce planning.
• Use NLP platforms and AI/ML algorithms.
• Engage with Communities of Practice and IC partners.
• Provide customer service to stakeholders across ODNI and IC agencies.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience as a statistician for 8+ years.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Tableau.

An active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Bachelor’s degree with 18+ years of experience, a Master’s degree with 10+ years, or no degree with 24+ years of experience is required.
