In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead analytical efforts to aid product and engineering development
• Collaborate with experts to refine policy coverage and pricing
• Create and manage business reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators
• Conduct analyses for product feature development and state strategies
• Monitor impacts of product modifications and state launches

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in P&C, preferably in personal lines
• Proven abilities in project and product management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in handling large data sets
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or related field
• Advanced skills in Excel and SQL
