As part of their commitment to growth and opportunity, they are seeking a Senior Data Analyst for the Lennar Technology Solutions Business Intelligence Program. This role will involve working on important projects to improve BI products, collaborating with diverse teams across the company.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the Solution team and the Build team to ensure timely delivery of BI products.
- Analyze and document data capturing, transformation, and presentation processes.
- Facilitate design and build discussions to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications.
- Review data systems and conduct gap analyses for future projects.
- Identify and report on data quality issues with recommendations for remediation.
- Assess solutions' impact on work processes and systems.
- Create support documentation for BI product rollouts.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and QA teams, following Agile methodologies.
- Mentor and supervise less experienced analysts.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a tech environment.
- Deep knowledge of data warehousing.
- Intermediate SQL skills.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience with data modeling and tools like ERwin or ER Studio.
