In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the Solution and Build teams ensuring demand BI products are delivered timely and accurately.
• Understand business requirements and facilitate design discussions with stakeholders.
• Provide analytical insights to support decision-making processes.
• Identify success indicators and establish measurement best practices.
• Develop and automate dashboards and data tools supporting growth objectives.
• Identify data quality issues and recommend remediation strategies.
• Mentor less experienced analysts.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of analytics experience, including experience with traditional and direct-to-consumer brands.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience presenting to executive levels.
• Proficiency with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
