Lewis and Clark Community College is looking for a Data Analyst to play a vital role in developing and maintaining the college's data architecture. This position requires collaboration with stakeholders to meet business requirements and aligns data solutions with the college's mission. The team is dedicated to improving data management practices and enhancing data capabilities.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and implement data architecture strategies meeting business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements.
• Develop data models and dictionaries to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Implement data governance policies to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Design data integration solutions for seamless data flow across the organization.
• Maintain data migration strategies for transitioning from legacy systems.
• Evaluate new data management technologies to enhance capabilities.
• Develop data security and privacy policies to protect sensitive data.
• Participate in data governance meetings to align with business goals.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Independent work capability with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to user service and support.
