In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Independently execute small scale projects with guidance from senior Data Scientists for complex projects.
- Participate in the analytical development lifecycle from design through validation.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to support research and model building.
- Contribute to the development of crime data vectorization and AI feature generation.
- Assist in communicating findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to complete projects.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field with 2+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter.
- Competency in data science and machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with Generative AI and GPT.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong interpersonal skills.
