In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Independently execute small scale projects with guidance from senior Data Scientists for complex projects.
• Participate in the analytical development lifecycle from design through validation.
• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to support research and model building.
• Contribute to the development of crime data vectorization and AI feature generation.
• Assist in communicating findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to complete projects.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field with 2+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter.
• Competency in data science and machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with Generative AI and GPT.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong interpersonal skills.
