In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead the development of analytics frameworks for evaluating AI models in healthcare.
• Define strategic direction for AI evaluation methodologies.
• Manage analytics roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and deploy metrics to assess AI model performance.
• Create and maintain data models for AI evaluation frameworks.
• Conduct comprehensive QA of AI outputs and participate in risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy laws in AI deployment.

This role requires you to have:

• 6-9 years experience in data analytics focusing on AI/ML evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Science; Master's or PhD preferred.
• Experience in data analytics roles with an AI/ML focus.
• Expertise in creating evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Proficiency in querying relational databases like SQL Server or Snowflake.
• Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Proficiency in Python for AI model evaluation.
