LexisNexis is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to transform healthcare engagement by using data analytics to provide insights. The role is vital in refining product experiences and aiding healthcare professionals in decision-making processes. The successful candidate will work closely with product and data engineering teams to drive improvements and optimize clinical outcomes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain processes for managing complex datasets, ensuring data quality.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable data pipelines.
  • Translate raw data into actionable insights for healthcare product use.
  • Analyze user engagement and product performance to identify trends.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand user behavior and inform strategies.
  • Evaluate the impact of solutions on clinical outcomes.
  • Build dashboards and reports for internal and external use.
  • Ensure data visualizations are understandable and actionable.
  • Act as an analytics partner, providing insights for decision-making.
  • Communicate complex data findings clearly to various audiences.
  • Work with Commercial and Sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

This role requires you to have:

  • Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in product analytics or data analysis.
  • Expertise in SQL and data transformation tools.
  • Experience with Tableau and other data visualization tools.
  • Ability to manage large datasets and work on data pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical modeling.
  • Exceptional communication skills for translating data insights.

You would benefit from having:

  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Experience with Looker, Power BI.
