In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze online transactional data to detect fraud and ensure performance.
• Examine batch input and output data for quality control and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide product support and best practices.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through detailed data analysis.
• Research and propose alternative, cost-effective solutions for customers.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in intelligence, fraud, crime, data analysis, or related field.
• Over 4 years of analytical experience.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
• Experience in managing large, customer-facing solutions.
• Proficiency in Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with i2 Analyst Notebook, Python, SQL, PowerBI, or Esri.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
