The Analyst in Advanced Analytics will join the Agency Insights team, contributing to effective recognition and sales compensation programs at Comparion Insurance Agency. The role exists to leverage analytical prowess to enhance these programs' impact.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze the success of recognition programs.
• Ensure accurate reporting and monitoring of program participants throughout contest periods.
• Assist in setting and maintaining the budget for recognition programs.
• Provide ad hoc analytical and reporting support for the recognition team.
• Support annual goal setting and monitor compensation programs throughout the year.
• Update reporting and calculation tools to assist agent and manager compensation.
• Develop new tools for front-line teams to optimize their sales compensation.
• Offer support for sales compensation inquiries to ensure accurate payments and reporting.
• Evaluate the business value and efficiency of work performed, suggesting and implementing improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages such as SAS and Emblem.
• Strong planning, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data sources, tools, and common statistical principles.
