Liberty Mutual Insurance is looking for an Analyst, Advanced Analytics to join the Agency Insights team, a part of the fast-paced and innovative US Retail Markets division. This role supports strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights to enhance the Comparion and Direct Choice channels. The Analyst will work within a startup-like environment to drive agency growth through rigorous analytical assessments.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support the optimization of channels and products through performance monitoring and analysis.
• Analyze and report on lead buying initiatives, providing optimization recommendations.
• Evaluate programs to propose functionality and economic improvements.
• Conduct modeling and optimization analyses like Lifetime Value models by channel and product.
• Contribute to multiple projects with technical and analytical assessments.
• Present findings and recommendations to influence profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of experience or Master's Degree.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages like SAS, Emblem.
• Strong planning, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
