In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct moderate to high complexity analysis to evaluate product performance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products, ensuring product capabilities.
• Perform data queries for ad hoc analysis and develop tools for others.
• Provide training and process recommendations to management.
• Consult on business issues and educate partners on changes.
• Lead work streams and manage projects with moderate to high complexity.
• Research competitor actions and propose product changes.
• Analyze market trends to provide tactical and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and deliver training materials and mentor less experienced analysts.
