In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct complex analyses and form recommendations to influence strategies at state and multi-state levels.
• Query and validate large datasets to produce insights.
• Collaborate with Directors of State Operation to manage strategies and drive profitable growth.
• Communicate analyses effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Develop and manage project plans independently.
• Mentor less experienced analysts and provide analytical coaching.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software such as SAS and Access.
• Excellent planning, organization, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
