The Data Analyst will report to the Director of Data & Analytics, playing a crucial role in data-driven decision-making. This role combines analytics expertise with healthcare understanding, focusing on the transformation and optimization of procedures to improve quality and efficiency.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and develop data models and visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide insights.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through analysis and validation.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support project work.
• Lead work groups to drive strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate and present operational data, with recommendations.
• Provide project management support for data initiatives.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in SQL and Power BI, advanced Excel skills.
• Expertise in electronic medical records.
