In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Perform advanced analytics using HR data from Workday.
• Develop predictive models like Regression and Decision Trees.
• Analyze data to identify key variables affecting outcomes.
• Recommend strategies to improve HR metrics.
• Support HR business intelligence dashboards.
• Conduct ETL processes for analytics and intelligence.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• Expertise in Python or R for building predictive models.
